Meet Alexandra, our CEO/Founder of A to Z Aesthetics Consulting & Training. With over 20 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Alexandra graduated with a B.S in Biology from Rutgers University and is bilingual with Spanish being her native language.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has excelled in educating, training, selling, and marketing to help physicians achieve success in their aesthetic practices. She offers a range of services, including Practice Evaluations, Leadership Training, Cosmetic Practice Development, and Laser Science to guide and help avoid common mistakes that can be detrimental to business success.

Alexandra understands the unique needs of physicians, medical spas, plastic surgery, and dermatology practices. She has worked extensively throughout the country with various medical and aesthetic devices, including PRP, micro-needling, and lasers, providing expert advice and training to her clients on existing and emerging equipment.

Her diverse experience enables her to leverage her network of relationships with device companies, laser brokers, and private 1099 sales representatives to help clients make the best and most affordable choices when starting their aesthetic practices.
